1. General Return Policy
Because we work with a variety of suppliers and fulfillment partners, your order may arrive from different locations and at different times. As a result, not all products may be eligible for return. In general, items that arrive in their original condition, unused, and within 30 days of delivery may be returned. Custom or personalized items and final-sale products, such as discounted or clearance items, are not eligible for return.

2. Timeframe for Returns
To be eligible, your request must be submitted within 30 days of receipt. Once we receive your request, we’ll review it and provide instructions on how to proceed. Please include your order number, a description of the item, and photos if applicable, so we can assess your request quickly.

3. Return Process
After we approve your return, we will provide a return label or instructions. The item must be packaged securely in its original packaging, if possible, and sent back within 7 days of receiving the label. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee the receipt of your return.

4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email. If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please note that it may take 5-10 business days for the credit to appear, depending on your bank. If the return is not approved, we will inform you, and you may choose to have the item shipped back to you or disposed of.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@elegansify.com with photos and details. We will work quickly to resolve the issue—whether that means a replacement, a refund, or an alternative solution.

6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

7. Non-Returnable Items
Certain products may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or safety reasons. These may include undergarments, cosmetics, or other personal care items. If you’re unsure whether your item is eligible, contact us before returning it.
